Job Duties:
- Provide tailored English and Maths tutoring sessions to students
- Create engaging lesson plans to meet individual learning needs
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their learning goals
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Experience in tutoring English and Maths
- Knowledge of SEN practises and strategies
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring English and Maths
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Additional training in SEN support
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
