Job Description
  • Work closely with the e-Commerce Directors to achieve agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, influential partnerships with customers.
  • Take full ownership of the P&L for each account.
  • Create, manage, and maintain detailed forecasts at the line-item level across all customers.
  • Lead customer range review meetings to grow product listings and increase market share in line with agreed objectives.
  • Negotiate effectively with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and its retail partners.
  • Utilise data to identify sales opportunities and drive business efficiencies.
  • Capitalise on commercial opportunities to enhance business growth.
  • Collaborate with the e-Commerce Content team to ensure customers have best-in-class, optimised content across all products.
  • Plan, manage, and maintain customer promotional schedules.
  • Present with authority to both internal and external senior stakeholders and peers.
  • Work cross-functionally as the representative of your customer base to drive positive change.
  • Develop expertise in the company's brands and product ranges.
  • Become an expert in your assigned retailers' market.
  • Maximise product visibility, ranking, and sales velocity online through the E-Commerce 'flywheel' strategy.
