Clinical Nurse Sister (Post-Operative Care)

Hourly Rate: £25

Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 16:00

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Sister to join our client's team and provide high-quality post-operative care to their valued patients. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to mentoring and supporting other nursing staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with a specialization in adult care
• Demonstrated expertise in post-operative care and clinical leadership, with a strong track record of positive patient outcomes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Dedication to providing patient-centred care and championing inclusivity and diversity within the healthcare setting

As a Clinical Nurse Sister, you will:

• Oversee the delivery of compassionate and high-quality post-operative care to patients, ensuring adherence to best practice guidelines
• Provide clinical leadership and valuable support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and administer medications with precision and empathy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for each patient
• Mentor and support junior nurses, offering guidance, insight, and tailored training to promote professional growth
• Maintain meticulous patient records and uphold regulatory standards to ensure the highest level of care and compliance
