Navro's Financial Architect: Forging Key Partnerships

Forget traditional roles. We're building the future of payments and this role is your launchpad to shape our critical banking partnerships. No slow approvals, just high-impact work from day one. Ready to build fast? ⚡️

We’re Navro, a rapidly scaling B2B payments startup, and we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and driven Financial Partnerships Manager to join our team and take ownership of our critical financial partnerships. This is your chance: you’ll shape our financial partnership strategy, set the vision for how we engage, optimize, and grow with these vital partners, and make decisions that directly impact Navro’s operational excellence and strategic expansion.

You won’t have layers of approval slowing you down. You will have the freedom to make real, impactful decisions from day one. This isn’t a passenger role. We’re bringing you in for your expertise, and your relentless drive.

You will be responsible for managing and nurturing our key financial partnerships, ensuring smooth operations, robust compliance, and directly supporting Navro's strategic growth initiatives. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep experience in financial partner operations, governance, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic fintech environment.

Who We Are

We are transforming payments for global platforms and e
  • commerce businesses.

As the world’s first payments curation platform, we simplify cross-border transactions by uniting best-in-class infrastructure into a seamless ecosystem, enabling businesses to scale and operate effortlessly across borders.

Cross-border workforce payments are slow, expensive, and outdated.

We can’t be.

Businesses rely on us to pay their people accurately and on time
  • contractors, freelancers, and employees across the globe.
When we say we’ll deliver, failure isn’t an option.
If we don’t do what we said we would, people don’t get paid
  • not just a transaction delayed, but real workers left without wages.

That means a developer in Argentina missing their paycheck, a freelancer in the Philippines unable to pay rent, or a contractor in Poland unable to get to work.

No excuses. No passengers.

No tolerance for politics or mediocrity.

What This Role Demands:

⚡You Own Banking Relationships – You’re accountable for the health, performance, and operational excellence of our financial partnerships. If there's an issue or an opportunity, you take the lead.

⚡You Ask the Hard Questions (of Partners & Internally) – You don’t just maintain relationships; you proactively seek to improve terms, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with Navro’s strategic goals. Why this process? How can this be more efficient for both parties?

⚡You Fix What’s Broken (in Partner Operations) – No waiting for permission. If a financial partner onboarding process is clunky, reporting is inconsistent, or a contractual obligation is unclear, you dive in, collaborate, and drive the solution.

⚡You’re Hands-On (with Partner Management) – One minute you’re coordinating due diligence for a new banking partner, the next you’re deep in contract details, analyzing performance data, or preparing materials for strategic partner reviews.

⚡You Thrive in Dynamic FinTech – Startups are messy. The financial landscape evolves, new products launch, and partner needs change. You bring clarity, structure, and proactive management to our financial partnerships.

⚡You Handle the Pressure (of Key Partnerships) – These relationships are critical. You expertly manage communications, ensure compliance, track performance, and maintain strong, positive connections that drive mutual success.

⚡You’re Here for the Journey (Impact Focus) – You’re here to make a significant impact, ensuring our financial partnerships are robust, efficient, and support Navro’s rapid growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes specifically for financial partners.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date contract and agreement records for all financial partners, meticulously tracking renewals, expirations, and key obligations.
  • Supporting the monitoring of risks associated with financial partners, including access controls, data security, and ongoing regulatory alignment.
  • Assisting the Financial Partnerships team in cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with key banking partners.
  • Supporting the creation and upkeep of presentations and other materials essential for driving growth and managing relationships with banking partners.
  • Assisting with monthly reporting and ensuring accurate logging of financial partner performance and agreement status.
  • Liaising effectively with internal Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Client Solutions, and Legal teams for due diligence, documentation management, and audit readiness related to financial partners.
  • Actively contributing to process improvements and supporting the adoption of tools to enhance tracking, governance, and operational efficiency for financial partnerships.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

⚡Experienced Relationship/Partnership Coordinator: 2+ years in partnerships, financial operations, compliance, or a related role, ideally within a dynamic fintech or financial services environment.

⚡Governance & Contract Savvy: Experience with contract tracking and governance frameworks, specifically for financial agreements, is highly preferred. Familiarity with relevant financial regulations (e.g., CBI, GDPR, DORA) is a significant advantage.

⚡Detail-Obsessed & Organised: Your superpower is meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in partner records, compliance checks, contract management, and reporting. You can manage multiple priorities effectively.

⚡Process Improver & Efficiency Driver: You have a knack for spotting inefficiencies in partner operations and enjoy contributing to better, more streamlined workflows and tracking systems.

⚡Collaborator Extraordinaire: You work seamlessly across different functions (Finance, Compliance, Legal, Product) and levels, managing stakeholder communications effectively to support financial partnerships.

⚡Clear & Concise Communicator: Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential for clarity, coordination, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

⚡Banking Navigator (Advantageous): An understanding of how to navigate relationships and operational processes with Tier 1 Banks and other financial institutions is beneficial.

⚡Tool Proficient: Comfortable and skilled with standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and ideally experienced with specific reporting or contract management systems.

You may not possess every single required skill listed, and that's perfectly fine. If you have most of them, along with grit, passion, a desire to learn quickly, and the willingness to get stuck in, we encourage you to apply.

Why Navro?
  • Lead and Shape the Future: This is your chance to build and grow a market from zero to one.
  • Make Real Impact: Your decisions will directly shape Navro’s growth journey.
  • Innovative Environment: Be at the forefront of Fintech innovation and payments disruption.
  • Career-Defining Role: This isn’t just another job. It’s a legacy.

Ready to Build Something Big?

This is your chance to leave your mark. If you’re ready to lead, build, and grow with the intensity that only startups offer, we want to hear from you.

Apply now and be part of Navro’s journey to revolutionise payments with us.
