An opportunity for an IT Analyst to join a global supply chain organisation, providing hardware and device support to users across various sites. This is an exciting time to be joining as they undergo a period of growth and change.

Your role:

• Hardware and software support
• Configure and deploy laptops, tablets etc.
• IT asset management
• End-user access management
• Escalate issues to 3rd parties when required
• Ticket management via ticketing system, phone and email
• Ownership of project work

Experience to success:

• Minimum of a year or two's experience in an IT Analyst role
• Proficient providing hardware support
• Familiar with Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of VMWare
• Worked with WAN/ LAN networks
• Driving licence - ok with ad hoc travel to different sites across the UK
• Strong people skills - able to work with people at all levels of the business

• Salary of £28,000-30,000
