Female Personal Assistant required for our lady client in the Stenson Fields area of Derby.- £12.00 per hour
- 10 hours per week
- Weekdays during daytime hours (maybe the odd weekend/Evening where possible) – open to discussion around days/time
- Driver required, to drive our clients mobility vehicle
Our client is looking for a Support worker to assist her with everyday practical living and social activities. Duties can include shopping, accompanying on hospital visits, assisting with paperwork, household chores, meal preparation, Admin- This is just an example of tasks you may be required to complete/support with, and will change from week to week.
Personal care will only be required in an emergency.
You will be able to use your own initiative and provide guidance and support to help our client manage day to day. You will oversee the support from the current Care Agencies.
The ideal candidate would be a good communicator with a positive, outgoing nature.
Our client has a keen interest in the outdoors and Nature, loves music, visiting places of interest and getting out into the community. Do you have the same hobbies?? Or the Enthusiasm and openness to take part in these activities?
Initially you would be shadowing a care agency to learn this role and flexibility is important.
There are no pets at the home address, but you may come into contact with family members dogs when visiting.
An Enhanced DBS is required for this role, either an existing certificate or be willing to undertake (funds covered).
