Job Description:
As a Beauty Therapist / Aesthetician at Artistry Clinic, you will perform a variety of treatments, including IV drips, facials, Fat Freezing (Coolsculpting), PRP, Microneedling, Skin consultations to name a few. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a salon, clinic or medical environment with ability to consult clients on how to achieve their aesthetic or wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities: Perform a range of facial and body treatments.
Administer IV drips (training will be provided, but experience in IV drips is preferred).Drive sales and work towards KPI and targets
Occasional help with handling enquiries, clinic diary, calls and email enquiries.
Social media initiatives, PR collaborations, assistance with content creationEnsure the smooth operation of the clinic, maintaining a tidy and organised environment, monitoring the stock levels.
Assist in all aspects of administrative and business tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Industry Experience
MInimum NVQ Level 3 (or above) Qualified or NMCSmart and professional in appearance
Enthusiastic and friendly personality.
Strong sales and communication skillsAbility to work towards Targets Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Punctual and reliable.
