We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in SEN and SEMH schools across Darwen and Blackburn

Your duties:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, both in whole-class settings and in small groups.
- Providing one-on-one assistance to students who need extra support, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Assisting with classroom management, creating a positive learning environment for all students.
- Encouraging and motivating students, acting as a positive role model within the school community.
Requirements to work with Teaching Personnel:
- A recent university graduate with a passion for education and working with young people.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
- A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks in different school environments.
- A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and development.
- Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching) is a plus, but not essential.
- Flexibility: Choose when and where you work, fitting around your lifestyle or other commitments.
- Variety: Gain experience in a range of different schools, year groups, and settings, broadening your understanding of education.
