• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts
• Manage and support a team
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Contributing to budget preparation and implementation
• Assisting in the development of financial strategies
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the FMCG industry
• Supervising the accounting team and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
• Acting as a key contact for auditors, tax advisors and other external parties

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry/ Manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• An attractive salary range of £50,000 - £60,500
• Additional 5% individual performance related bonus
