HR Data and Systems Assistant
Location: Stirling/Flexible or hybrid working options
12 month Fixed Term Contract

Your new role:
As a HR Data and Systems Assistant you will provide administrative/support to projects and people system related activities undertaken by HR Projects team that supports overall People Strategy.
What you'll do:
- First point of contact for resolution of escalated queries relating to the use of People First
- Manage the People First Service Desk to ensure queries are actioned across the wider HR team
- Provide advice and guidance to Employees/People Leaders with more complex queries and log any that require further action to be taken with the Service Provider.
- Participate in People First forums and training, leading on these where required
- Respond and/or action requests for bespoke Management Information within relevant timescales
- Ensuring automation of new starter process between HR systems is working and managing any issues raised to point of resolution
- Support People First system enhancements and testing and comply with UK Data Protection regulations
- Maximise use of HR systems (including reporting) and ensure information being entered is accurate
- Ensure the security of employee information in accordance with legislation, best practice and Robertson ISO policies and procedures
- Carry out training and knowledge share within the wider HR team
- Supporting in developing and implementing new projects in line with the HR People Strategy
- Assist, create and/or update process documentation/workflows, SOPS and guidance to support business leaders and employees
- Provide general administrative support to HR Projects Team including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, collation of information
What you'll need:
- Previous experience as an administrator within a fast-paced HR team environment
- Familiarity with HR systems would (preferred)
- Proficient IT skills: Microsoft (Office 360) including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in use of Excel, data analysis, reports, graphs
- Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and establish relationships quickly
- Excellent organisational skills
