Job Duties:
- Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
- Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans
- Help students with academic tasks and personal care needs
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Required:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience working with children or young adults
- Understanding of special educational needs and disabilities
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and teachers
- Patience and empathy when working with individuals with special needs
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours, during school hours
- Work in a classroom setting with students and teachers
