What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensuring Site Safety: Take the lead in managing and implementing our safety and security policies, always striving for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating for Success: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute a property strategy, designing and delivering a planned maintenance program that keeps our facilities in top shape.
- Managing Services: Oversee essential services, including grounds maintenance, cleaning, utilities, and space management—ensuring we meet all safety and legal requirements.
- Leading a Team: You’ll manage a dedicated team of staff, including both permanent and casual members, ensuring the smooth running of campus operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, able to engage with contractors, staff, learners, and governors alike.
- A proven leader who can inspire a team and make smart decisions under pressure.
- An individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
- Previous experience in site management or a similar role with a solid grounding in Health & Safety.
