About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier tech talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting high-performing professionals within the tech industry, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Sourcing: Use a variety of channels to source top tech talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador of the company, promoting the organization’s culture and values to attract the best candidates in the tech space.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs in technical areas.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to inform and refine recruiting strategies, including time-to-fill metrics, candidate satisfaction scores, and more.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for tech roles.
- Tech Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech industry and its unique recruitment challenges, including software development, IT, and digital transformation roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Tech Sourcing Skills: Experience using sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-specific platforms.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple requisitions at various stages.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional departments.
- Recruitment Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Workable).
- Diversity & Inclusion: Familiarity with strategies for recruiting a diverse and inclusive workforce, especially within the tech sector.
- Experience in Financial Services (Capital markets, an extra plus!)
