- Manage and improve brand content across platforms

- Analyse feedback to drive continuous improvement

- Proven experience in consumer care management
- Strong brand content management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to analyse consumer feedback effectively
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
- Familiarity with digital content management systems
- Passion for enhancing customer experiences
