You will be working within our purpose built health Centre on the Greenwich Peninsula, serving c12,500 patients. The practice is only 10 min walk from North Greenwich Underground station and the O2, with access to shops, restaurant, cinema. It has good transport links and parking available on site for staff As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment and treatment Who we are Omnes Healthcare Limited are a growing organisation that have been operating within the NHS since 2006 offering both Primary and Secondary care services with a forward-thinking, dynamic approach to patient healthcare, we are pioneers in a range of projects, from genomics to digital healthcare services, focused on delivering a better patient experience We provide the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services to the registered patients, each patient is unique and our aim is to provide personalised, quality healthcare.
