We are seeking an experienced and proactive People Business Partner, reporting to the Group Head of HR. As a People Business Partner, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in delivering exceptional HR service across the employee lifecycle.

You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, driving best-in-class recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and HR systems processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to align business objectives with people solutions, enabling the company to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand team objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Contribute to the creation, review, and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings.
  • Oversee recruitment channels, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and ensure data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Coach and support managers to address performance challenges and drive team development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning interventions that support employee growth.
  • Assist and manage our CJ Academy project.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
  • Produce HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee employee data changes via HRIS and ensure timely submission for payroll processing.
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

Requirements

Key Competencies & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR systems.
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
  • Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Zinc, ATS platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a scaling business or within the fintech/financial services industry
