RPA UiPath Developer /Business Analyst

Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced RPA Business Analyst/RPA Developer with strong UiPath expertise to join as an Associate, supporting a high-impact automation initiative within a critical business transformation programme.

Key Details:

• Start: ASAP (1-2 week lead time for onboarding and paperwork)
• Location: Remote but ideally 1 day a week on site in London
• Duration: initial 3 month contract, with strong likelihood of extension
• Rate: Approx. £550 p/day gross via FCSA-accredited umbrella company

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering automation using UiPath (including REFramework)
• Strong business analysis skills - able to assess and document manual processes
• Hands-on UiPath development capability to build, test, and deploy bots
• Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders
• Background in retail, logistics, or high-volume operational environments is desirable
• Available to start within 1-2 weeks
