Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We have a passion for using technology to solve business problems, working in partnership with our clients to help in achieving their goals.
Our Talent Acquisition Coordinators work with candidates and hiring managers to drive recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our ambitious growth plans, ensuring that we attract the best talent across our diverse range of market segments.
Here's what the role looks like:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and liaise with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings, making sure they align with our company's values and objectives.
- You'll bring knowledge and experience of end to end vacancy and candidate management, right through to welcoming your new colleagues on their first day.
- You'll bring demonstrable experience from a recruitment support or coordination role, successfully juggling multiple projects.
- You'll recognise that your priorities can and will change. You'll be adaptable, super organised, great with databases, recruitment software, job boards and LinkedIn.
- Ideally you’ll bring experience in deploying Boolean search strings and operators and possess a curiosity in leveraging fast evolving AI solutions.
- If you already know your .NET Developers from your Power Platform Consultants then that is great, but if you don't and you're an enthusiastic learner, you'll have the chance to develop an in-depth technical understanding of Data and Technology, from a talent acquisition perspective.
- You'll have first class written and verbal communication skills, a proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and dedicated to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, bringing enthusiasm and organisational skills to the team.
