We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Contracts Manager (LBS-012) to join our dynamic team. This critical role demands an individual with a strong background in electrical contracting and project management, who is ready to take on the challenges of overseeing multiple contracts within our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with stringent quality standards. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, managing relationships and facilitating effective communication throughout the process.
Your expertise will be essential in the negotiation and execution of contracts, interpretation of plans and specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical contracts from inception to completion.
Ensure compliance with contract specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality meets industry standards and client expectations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical contract management or project management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Hours Per Week: 30.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 15:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.68

Location: Southwark, South East London
