QA Specialist, Supplier Management

The Quality Assurance Specialist will work within Supplier Management on a permanent basis. In this role, you will focus on ensuring that our supplier management processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for overseeing supplier qualifications, conducting quality assessments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and improve a program to ensure suppliers meet quality standards.
- Manage the process for bringing new suppliers on board.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits of suppliers.
- Address any issues with suppliers promptly and effectively.
- Ensure agreements with suppliers are UpToDate and clearly define quality expectations.
- Review and approve documents related to supplier management.
- Coordinate and manage external audits of suppliers.
- Support the creation and review of quality agreements with suppliers.
- Develop and deliver training on supplier management policies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators for supplier management.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Understanding of regulations and standards for supplier management.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Professional and approachable demeanor, with the ability to handle pressure.
- Science based degree and relevant experience in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of GMP principles and guidelines.
