We have been proudly serving the people of Bury and beyond for 18 years, offering exceptional care in a professional yet homely environment. As our demand continues to grow, we're expanding our welcome desk team to help more people on their journey to better health.
What’s the Role?This is a front-of-house position where you'll play a vital part in delivering our world-class service.
It's varied, fast-paced, and no two days are the same!
Key responsibilities include:
- Discussing costs and care plans with patients
- Booking and rescheduling appointments
- Hosting screening events to share the benefits of Chiropractic and disc care
- Empathising and listening to our guests to ensure they receive the best possible care
- Managing our guest database and supporting our Chiropractic, Disc and massage team
Key Info:
- Hours: Approximately 21-30 hours per week, with the potential for more, especially during holiday periods and sickness cover.
- Centre Hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–7:15 pm, and Saturday, 7:30 am–2:00 pm (with the goal of extending to 4:00 pm).
