Location: England. Office is based in Haverhill and fortnightly attendance in office is required, with regular UK travel and occasional European trips.
Salary: Circa £50,000 + car allowance, annual bonus, and benefitsContract Type: Permanent, full-time

The organization is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of their Health & Safety frameworks, ensuring compliance and promoting a strong safety culture across their innovative projects.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth. As the Health and Safety Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement Health & Safety policies tailored to construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
- Oversee Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), risk assessments, and adherence to CDM 2015 regulations.
- Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring preventative measures are in place.
Key Requirements
Essential:
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of Health & Safety experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and ISO 45001 standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in cleanroom or high-tech construction environments (preferred).
- Additional certifications such as IOSH, First Aid, or Fire Safety.
