Phoenix Care Staff is on the lookout for enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join our outstanding team, delivering care at various premium services in the area. In this role, you will closely observe, document, and support the well-being of service users while providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and managing general housekeeping tasks.
To qualify, you must have at least 9 months of paid experience in a UK care setting, including personal care and hoist usage. We value positive, dedicated candidates with superb communication skills and a genuine commitment to improving the well-being of service users.
We offer weekly PAYE payments, personalized staffing placements, a 24/7 support line for immediate concerns, ongoing refresher training, holiday accrual for hours worked, an optional pension scheme with employer contributions, provided uniforms, assistance with DBS applications, and a competitive starting pay of £11.44/hour with potential for increases.
