About the role.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead initiatives that drive client growth, optimise platform performance, and scale revenue.
This role will blend expertise in growth marketing, subscription strategies, and client commercialisation to deliver measurablebusiness impact.
You will collaborate across internal teams to refine our sports OTT (over the top) platform and develop innovative marketingservices for existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities.
Client-Focused Initiatives- Revenue Growth: Scale revenues for revenue share clients through on-platform strategies (e.g., conversion funnel optimisation)
- Client Commercialisation: Drive client growth by delivering tailored marketing, content, and distribution services.
- StreamAMG Subscription Platform: Lead subscriber conversion and retention efforts for a new subscription management platform.
- OTT Platform (BLAZE): Enhance customer acquisition and retention through platform optimisation.
- Growth Marketing Services: Identify client needs, define service packages, and collaborate with business development to sell
growth marketing solutions.
About you.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in growth marketing, subscription services or client strategy within the OTT, sports or media industry. You will also need:
- Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse market opportunities and develop commercial models.
- Comfortable soft selling to contacts and supporting business development functions with pre-sales expertise
- Experience in the use of AI to optimise your output and to enhance returns
