Job Description- Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the healthcare facilities.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that all cleaning supplies are available when needed.
- Train new team members and provide them with ongoing support.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a high standard of patient care.
- Regularly inspect facilities for cleanliness and overall condition.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Housekeeping Manager should have:
- A degree or relevant qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing housekeeping services in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary range of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum.
- Full-time, permanent contract.
