An exciting opportunity for a well organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic professional to work as a Recruitment Assistant within the Nursing Team atSouth-West London Recruitment Hub (employed by Kingston Hospital but based in Epsom).

In this position, you will offer extensive support to a dynamic recruitment team, ensuring timely and professional assistance with a focus on great customer service, quality, and adherence to Trust policies.
Through close collaboration with directorate line managers and clinical staff, you will actively contribute to meeting their workforce recruitment and administrative needs.
Our Recruitment Assistants take responsibility for supporting in the end-to-end delivery of recruitment and administration within their division, providing support and cover for other recruiters in team.
We are seeking proactive and confident individuals who are not shy to pick up the phone and promptly resolve issues. While emails remain an important aspect of communication, we value candidates who are assertive and quick in finding resolutions through direct communication.
Working in partnership with Recruitment Advisors and Resourcing Leads to ensure the provision of recruitment is comprehensive, consistent and delivering a high-quality service.
You must be methodical and very well organised in your approach and be able to react to ever changing demands in order to deliver against deadlines and meeting our SLA's.
Ideally, you will have previously used online systems for facilitating a complex process and be a very confident IT user.
After training, a typical day may include:- Handling multiple vacancy requests from hiring managers.
- Advertising vacancies.
- Organise and schedule interviews.
- Issuingoffer letters.
- Supporting the team with pre-employment checks.
- Assisting the team with data entry for payroll processing.
- Support with regular Recruitment Events.
