Salary: £33,000 to 35,000 (depending on experience)

Known for their passion, hands-on production methods, and commitment to quality, they now manufacture a unique range of products including handmade salsas, sauces, and fresh corn tortillas — all produced on-site in Park Royal.
As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a friendly, detail-driven Bookkeeper / Credit Controller to join their small, dedicated team and help manage the day-to-day financial operations.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid bookkeeping and credit control experience, looking to work in a friendly, food-loving environment where your contribution will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Process supplier invoices and manage payments
- Issue customer invoices and statements
- Carry out credit control: chasing overdue payments and managing credit accounts
- Prepare VAT returns and support with monthly accounts
- Assist with financial queries from suppliers and customers
- Work closely with the company’s directors and external accountants
- Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or credit control role
- Comfortable working with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Professional and confident communicator, especially over the phone
- AAT qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Able to work independently and manage priorities in a small office team
