• - A proven business development track record at previous practices.
• - Ability to manage project teams and act as a mentor for junior staff.
• - Experience across sector disciplines.
• - Experience working in high-value projects.
• - Experience working on projects from concept to completion.
• - Ability to work collaboratively as a member of an intimate team.
