Helpdesk Administrator (5451)
Murray Recruitment has an excellent permanent opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator based in Livingston.
Working in a team and reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for assisting customers, planning of works and all supporting administration.
Duties:
Planning PPM and Reactive worksProgramming engineers workload
Logging calls and emails from clients
Dealing with client enquiries
Raising quotations
Processing job sheets
Raising Purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
Liaising with subcontractors regarding works
Updating all systems
Contract administration
Experience/Skills:
Previous Helpdesk/Contract Admin experienceExcellent communicator
Competent IT skills
Team player
Package:
Working Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm.
Salary is dependent on experience
Holidays are 33 days, 28 annual leave & 5 statutory bank holidays which are (1st & 2nd of January, Easter Monday, and the 25th & 26th of December)
