About the Role:
Join our fast-paced, electric revolution! We're seeking a driven and adaptable Assistant Hub Manager to support our South London operations. Reporting directly to the City Manager, you’ll be the engine powering our daily success, ensuring seamless customer experiences, a top-notch workshop, and a motivated team.If you’re a problem-solver with a passion for e-bikes and a knack for getting things done, this is your chance to shine in a cool startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring a smooth flow of customer rentals and efficient workshop processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of mechanics to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance, meeting stringent standards.
- Take charge of store operations, driving accountability and maintaining impeccable store standards.
- Ensure that KPIs such as rental revenue, NPS, and productivity targets are met.
- Customer Champion:
- Oversee customer service, ensuring exceptional experiences for all rental customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead by example, driving accountability and high performance.
- Administer rotas and manage attendance.
- Workshop Management:
- Oversee the workshop, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality repairs.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a fast-paced retail or service environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "hustle" mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and adaptable startup environment.
- A passion for e-bikes and sustainable transportation is a major plus.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is very advantageous.
