Hays are partnering with a reputable charity to recruit for a receptionist based in Bangor on a temporary basis.

• Ensure the smooth operation of the reception area, providing a courteous and efficient service, receiving and assisting all members of the public, signposting them where necessary.
• Deal with all Reception desk enquiries
• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the reception area tidy and clean and ensure that all displays and notice boards are kept up to date

• Previous experience in a receptionist role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office

• £12.21 per hour
• 37 hours per week
• Temporary for 6 weeks
• Located in Bangor
• Immediate start
