Senior Specialist, Customer Service (Greek Language)
You will also be responsible for data analysis and preparation, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with Global Distribution Practices.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
- Inform customers about product quality issues or recalls.
- Monitor all open orders/deliveries until completion.
- Handle exceptions, coordinate with stakeholders, and escalate when necessary.
- Understand customer qualification market specifics and provide support for the customer qualification process.
- Perform audit control report review and escalate any potential deficiency.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek.
- Experience in customer service and logistics is beneficial.
- Ability to use SAP (SD module) and other Customer Service applications.
- Advanced knowledge and use of Office productivity tools.
- Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems, with limited guidance.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and plan long term activity schedule.
- Ability to cooperate with other teams both internally and with external parties.
- Ability to identify and drive areas for continuous improvement.
