- Professional experience in mental health practice or related field

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, or a related field
- Current registration with the relevant professional body for mental health practitioners
- Continuing education in mental health treatment methodologies and practices
- Participation in training workshops focused on specific mental health issues and therapeutic approaches
