Job Title: Full time Learning Support Assistant

Responsible to: SENCo

Salary: BG6 FTE £25183 -£25584Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week. Mon - Fri 8.30am to 3.30pm.

39 weeks to include insets.

Start date: As soon as possible

Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st August 2026 (18 months subject to start date)

are able to motivate, inspire and challenge children
have a strong understanding that good pastoral support is everyone’s responsibility

have an awareness and understanding of supporting bilingual children in a diverse cultural community

Ideally we are looking for a candidate with a Level 3 qualification in supporting children and young people, and Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent. We are at an exciting stage of our journey as a school, in our third year of working within Cathedral Schools Trust.
