Job Description- Ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and entered into the database.
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance director.
- Help oversee and manage individual accounts.
- Control accounts reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
- Participate in annual audit.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
- In depth knowledge of balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Organisational and planning skills.
- Data entry skills.
- An attractive hourly wage of approximately £16.2 - £19.8 GBP.
- Fully remote role
- Contract for approx. 8 weeks
