Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant - Hounslow

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school in Hounslow. This full-time role is available immediately and will continue throughout the academic year.

Your Role:

• Provide tailored support to small groups and one-on-one assistance to students with varying abilities and needs.
• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson delivery and activities.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them develop essential skills in literacy, numeracy, behaviour, and social interaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a classroom or educational setting.
• A strong understanding of child development and the ability to engage students of different ages and abilities.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Certificate) is desirable but not essential.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Possess an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or be willing to obtain one).
• Provide Overseas Police Clearances if applicable.
• Undergo professional reference checks.
• Ensure your CV covers the last 10 years of employment history, where possible.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
