MediTalent are recruiting for a Community Children’s Nurse to join our client - one of the world’s leading health care providers based in Devon. As a Community Children’s Nurse, you will be tending to the need of children over a range of ages, paying special attention to and nurturing the needs of the patient’s family.You will be working one-to-one with families/ young patients and must be confident in your communication skills to address multiple people.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer personalised one to one support to patientsTravel throughout the regional area to visit patients at home
Ensure professional standards are met by providing and maintaining quality care via the correct protocol.
Required Skills:
Must have UK Driving LicenseMust be a Registered Paediatric Nurse
Strong communication skills
