Static Senior Neuro Physiotherapist | Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust
We are seeking a well-motivated and forward thinking senior Physiotherapist to join our Neurology Physiotherapy Team.
The role consists of a mixture of inpatient and outpatient caseload including HASU, acute stroke rehab, neuro outliers and neuro outpatients. Within the post there is also the opportunity to:- Be responsible for the supervision & appraisal of rotational staff and students
- Contribute to the in-service training programme
- Contribute to service development and audit
- Contribute to research
To apply you will must have:
Relevant clinical experience at Band 5 level, good clinical knowledge, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and experience of line management.
We can offer you the opportunity to work in a:- Hyperacute and Acute Stroke unit
- Working closely within a dynamic and supportive MDT
- Ability to treat some traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions
- Support, supervision and teaching from an experienced Team Leader
Weekend and on call competency is essential.

- Supervise and mentor newly qualified physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
- Provide education and training to multidisciplinary team (MDT) staff.
- Contribute to research initiatives and service development.
- Engage in continuing professional development (CPD) and departmental activities.
- Participate in weekend shifts on the Stroke Unit.
- Take part in the physiotherapy on-call service
