Our client is searching for a talented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support daily sales operations
  • Preparing and processing sales quotes, orders, and invoices accurately and promptly
  • Maintaining customer records and updating the database with relevant information
  • Handle enquiries and orders for the repairs department
  • Responding to customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery
What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to engage prospective clients over the phone
  • A background in Manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

Due to location own Transport is required.
