Tier 1 Legal 500 firm in Reading seeking a new Head of Residential Conveyancing to join their existing function.
They are looking for an experienced professional with over 8 years in residential property acquisition and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading teams, managing budgets, and handling complex residential matters.
You will collaborate with Partners to enhance the team and drive business growth, actively participating in marketing and business development to expand offered services. This firm is renowned for high-value Residential Property work, including freehold and leasehold sales, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.
Experience/Attributes Required- 8+ years in residential property acquisition and management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in budget management and handling complex property matters.
- Strong marketing and business development capabilities.
- Develop growth strategies and market the team’s and firm’s services.
- Build business relationships and understand competitive issues in the sector.
- Collaborate with IT staff to enhance service delivery.
- Meet tight deadlines with excellent written and verbal communication.
This role is based in Reading.
The salary on offer is between £75,000 and £85,000.
