Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Operations & Maintenance Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of our renewable energy sites, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review the performance of all managed renewable energy sites through online portals.
- Analyse site inspection reports, providing actionable feedback and solutions.
- Manage data collation for effective scheduling and reporting.
- Generate detailed client reports post-engineer inspections.
- Communicate effectively with clients, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), and external consultants to enhance site operations.
- Coordinate with the O&M team, updating on engineers' activities and ensuring quality standards.
- Engage with landowners and clients for necessary site access for maintenance works.
- Oversee projects from identification of issues to their resolution, ensuring timely and effective handling.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in managing commercial PV systems.
- A methodical, accurate, and process-focused approach.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solution-focused with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Advanced report-writing and Excel skills.
- Valid driving license.
