  • Partner with the Executive team and Delivery function to provide clear messaging on corporate strategy and operational plans, ensuring colleagues understand the company’s goals and direction and the progress being made against those goals.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to support clear and timely communication around engagement, morale and well-being.
  • Gather insight from internal engagement activities and communication channels to understand how messages are being received across the organisation, and advise senior leaders on emerging themes and opportunities to strengthen internal communication.
  • Develop an effective way of measuring the success of communication efforts, and use information from this to inform improvements and to report meaningful insights to leadership teams.
  • Support the communication of sensitive topics by advising senior leaders on tone, structure and timing, working in close partnership with People & Culture to ensure messages are delivered with clarity, empathy and appropriate transparency.
  • Act as a strategic internal communications advisor to the CEO and senior leaders, providing tailored support on internal messaging to ensure clarity, alignment and engagement across the organisation.
  • Work with the technology team to improve how internal information is accessed and communicated, helping ensure colleagues can easily find and understand key organisational updates and documents.
  • Continuously improve internal communications by applying best practices and emerging trends, ensuring content and channels are engaging, accessible, and fit for a modern, digitally enabled workforce.
