Job Description
  • Oversee and manage multiple infrastructure projects within the retail technology department.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Example of projects to be delivered in 2025 :

  • Modern VPN rollout (ZTNA)
  • Windows 10 - Windows 11 upgrade
  • Move To Cloud : Onprem datacenter migration to Azure
  • PAM solution rollout (Privilege Access management)
  • SIEM rollout

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Infrastructure Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in project management in the retail industry, particularly in technology.
  • Highly experienced in infrastructure projects, ideally having managed global projects of Windows OS upgrade.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
