About the Role
Smithly Ltd is recruiting **serious, reliable, and performance-driven Delivery Drivers** to operate from the Southampton ParcelForce depot.
This is not a casual role. It is a **structured, target-driven position** designed for individuals who can deliver consistently at a high standard and are looking for stable, long-term work.
Job Details- Days: Monday to Thursday (4 days per week)
- Pay: £200 per day
- Van Hire: £150 per week (company van provided)
- Fuel: Driver responsible
- Start Time: 06:30–07:00 (depot arrival)
- Finish: Route completion (typically evening)
- Base Target: 100 successful delivery stops per day
- Typical Range: 100–120 stops per day
- Additional earnings generated from:
- Extra parcels per stop
- High-performing routes
All drivers are expected to operate in line with **ParcelForce Worldwide operational and quality standards**.
Responsibilities- Deliver parcels efficiently, safely, and professionally
- Complete daily routes within required timeframes
- Carry out vehicle check-in and check-out using company system
- Report faults, incidents, and issues promptly via the app
- Maintain high compliance and operational discipline
- Full UK driving licence (**maximum 6 points**)
- Must be **based in Southampton or surrounding areas**
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
- Strong time management and reliability
- Physically fit for high-volume delivery work
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Must be able to meet **ParcelForce performance and quality standards**
- Inconsistent or unreliable applicants
