The Governors of St. Mary’s RC Primary School wish to appoint a new member of staff to join our friendly SMSA team over the lunch period. The role will involve caring for pupils across the whole school age range.
Responsibilities of the post includes:
- Supervise the children during lunch time including eating their meals, whilst on the playground and in and out of classrooms
- Responsibility, both individually and as a member of the school team, during the lunchtime break to ensure the children are safe, happy and healthy.
- Supervision of children in the dinner hall, playgrounds and classrooms during wet weather.
- To enjoy listening and talking to children, helping them to sort out any problems and assisting children with their lunch.
