I am working with a client who are seeking a skilled professional to join their team and manage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build cases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and complex property transactions.
This role offers the chance to work with a well-established firm that has strong relationships with local agents, providing excellent networking opportunities and potential for business growth.
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have: ✔️ Previous Residential Conveyancing experience
✔️ A commercially driven approach to delivering legal advice✔️ Exceptional client care skills and the ability to develop strong relationships
✔️ A track record of successful Business Development and Marketing initiatives
