About the Role
We are looking for a Receptionist who offers an accessible, efficient and client-focused service that meets the diverse needs of our stakeholders. The Receptionist will be required to support the Learner Services team by responding to general enquiries linked to the admissions and enrolments process.
About You
The successful candidate must be strong in both verbal and written communication and be comfortable supporting students, visitors, and colleagues with any reception desk enquiries, phone calls and emails. The successful candidate should be proficient in Microsoft 365 and have some experience using an MIS system.
