Graduate Teaching Assistant
highly reputable and expanding Multi Academy Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the dedicated staff team at one of their secondary schools in Ellesmere Port. This is a flexible role, requiring a minimum commitment of three days per week, with working hours from 08:30am to 15:30pm.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to support students in achieving their full potential. Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students across various subjects.
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and record students' progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inspiring learning atmosphere.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:- Educational Background: A degree in any subject (2:2 or above preferred).
- Passion for Education: A strong interest in pursuing a career in education or working with young people.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability: The ability to work flexibly in a dynamic school environment.
- Teamwork: A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to the school community.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
- Clearances: Successful candidates must pass enhanced DBS checks and provide satisfactory references.
