We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Team Administration Assistant and Coordinator who has a strong administrative background with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide support and coordinate projects, people and teams.

Working as the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant you will support the team with a wide range of projects which will involve liaising with third party companies, senior stakeholders and coordinating internal teams.

As the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant you will need excellent report writing skills, the ability to use Microsoft Office / 365, including good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Administrator / Team Administration Assistant include:

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
  • Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact between the organisation and third-party companies, as well as senior stakeholders
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, organise meetings, prepare reports, and maintain records
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • High attention to detail who is highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office / 365
  • Has excellent research and reporting skills
  • Great multi-tasking and coordination skills
