Key Responsibilities:

You will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:

• Sales, Purchases, and Re-mortgages
• Freehold and Leasehold Conveyancing
• Transfers of Equity
• Equity Release Schemes
• New Build and Shared Ownership Transactions

Requirements:

• Must meet the criteria set out by the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
• Proven experience managing residential property files independently
• Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to providing excellent service
• A proactive team player with a flexible, hands-on approach
